Join emotional wellness advocate and reiki master, Kenya Jackson-Saulters for an intimate evening of conversation and guided journaling. Kenya Jackson-Saulters is a master workshop facilitator and four time published self-help author who is known for her unique brand of non traditional self help. Most recently, she has blended the health benefits of exercise, meditation and writing to form a custom personal development experience for women called The Outdoor Journal Tour. The Outdoor Journal Tour uses each of the aforementioned elements to provide clarity, healing, and connection to participants. Kenya has been an advocate for personal discovery through writing for roughly 10 years, and is currently a training to be a certified spiritual practitioner.

During the talk, Kenya will be discussing her two latest titles, The Grace in the Grit, and The Journal of Mindful Movement, then leading the group in a short writing exercise. For more information on the titles, see below.

The Grace in the Grit: 35 Ways to Master Peace through Being

Using short yet poignant vignettes, The Grace and the Grit: 35 Ways to Master Peace though Being, both challenges and inspires readers to explore the true essence of what it means to "be" themselves. Moreover, because each entry is also a journaling prompt, readers will have an opportunity to dig deep within their hearts while discovering the true meaning of these 35 thought-provoking words.

The Journal of Mindful Movement

The Outdoor Journal Tour is interested in cultivating positive mental health and mindfulness practices for women. In keeping with that, we are proud to unveil The Journal of Mindful Movement. This full-color guided journal is chock full of outdoor activities, journaling prompts, mindfulness exercises and moving meditations, all designed to help you get the most out of your outdoor experience.
